ABA Behavior Technician / Therapist (Tracy, CA)

Job Description: The position of behavior staff will be to take part in working with and teaching children with disabilities as part of a team. The behavior intervention staff will conduct structured teaching in the family's home and/or school environment, implement changes made to the child's home program/school programs, and ensure daily data is taken on each program/goal taught. The objective of the behavior staff is to foster the child's independence across settings and promote success.

Requirements

• High School Diploma Required
• Valid State Issued Drivers' License and car insurance (driving is required)
• Must be computer literate, dependable, organized, very detail-oriented, and have flexible availability
• Drive a minimum of 30-45 miles from your location
• Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing with all levels of staff, the general public and the people we support
• Ability to work in the home, school and clinical settings
• Ability to walk, stand, stoop and push a wheelchair and be out in a variety of weather
• Ability to lift 50 pounds repetitively
• Must have good leadership skills
