Requirements
- High school diploma required
- Following a structured plan to teach and support clients in building various life skills, with supervision from a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Tracking client progress by collecting behavioral data during sessions to help supervisors make changes to care plans
- Teaching client's communication skills, how to play with peers, and other important life skills to help them achieve their goals and access their community, school, or home in a meaningful way
