Autism Speaks is seeking a Manager, Nationwide Peer-to-Peer Fundraising to lead the organization's Fundraise Your Way DIY program. The ideal candidate is a relationship builder with a creative mindset and a strong ability to develop and manage relationships in virtual environments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Five or more years of experience in peer-to-peer fundraising, preferably with demonstrated expertise in do-it-yourself (DIY) fundraising programs and working closely with participant-led fundraisers
- Creative, proactive, and highly organized, with strong project management skills
- Knowledge of peer-to-peer fundraising, DIY fundraising trends, or third-party event management
- Strong relationship building skills with an ability to motivate and engage community supporters
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality customer service and participant support
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills to identify challenges and implement effective solutions
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office 365
- Working knowledge of fundraising platforms and systems; experience with GoFundMe Pro/Classy preferred.
- Experience with CRM and fundraising databases; Stratus Live preferred.
- Demonstrated passion for mission-driven work.
