Manager, Nationwide Peer-to-Peer Fundraising

Autism Speaks is seeking a Manager, Nationwide Peer-to-Peer Fundraising to lead the organization's Fundraise Your Way DIY program. The ideal candidate is a relationship builder with a creative mindset and a strong ability to develop and manage relationships in virtual environments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Five or more years of experience in peer-to-peer fundraising, preferably with demonstrated expertise in do-it-yourself (DIY) fundraising programs and working closely with participant-led fundraisers
• Creative, proactive, and highly organized, with strong project management skills
• Knowledge of peer-to-peer fundraising, DIY fundraising trends, or third-party event management
• Strong relationship building skills with an ability to motivate and engage community supporters
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality customer service and participant support
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills to identify challenges and implement effective solutions
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office 365
• Working knowledge of fundraising platforms and systems; experience with GoFundMe Pro/Classy preferred.
• Experience with CRM and fundraising databases; Stratus Live preferred.
• Demonstrated passion for mission-driven work.
