Bodily Injury Claims Specialist

A Bodily Injury Claims Specialist is sought by Auto-Owners Insurance to handle claims and provide customer service. Requirements

• Assemble facts and determine coverage
• Study insurance policies and develop an understanding of coverage
• Follow claims handling procedures and participate in claim negotiations and settlements
• Deliver customer service to agents, insureds, and others
• Maintain adjuster's license(s) if required
• Handle complex claims through on-site investigations and mediations
• Handle confidential information according to Company standards
• Assist in evaluating and selecting outside counsel
• Maintain punctual attendance at a Company approved work location
