Auto-Owners is seeking an entry-level motivated Business Analyst to join their team. The position requires developing business requirements, working with business and technology teams, and utilizing software tools to gather and document requirements and rules.
Requirements
- Develop business requirements and related business rules based on business decision.
- Work closely with the business subject matter experts in the definition, training, implementation, and support of business requirements
- Define requirements through interviews, workshops, surveys, and existing system documentation or procedures.
- Evaluate information gathered from multiple sources and translate high level information into details.
- Act as liaison between the business and technology teams.
- Work with software tools to gather and document requirements and rules.
- Perform high level testing in coordination with the detailed testing by quality assurance teams.
- Organize and lead meetings with business, technology, and quality assurance teams.
