As the Production Center Leader, you will be responsible for leading a production center with over 70 employees, planning daily operations, and implementing processes to achieve excellent vehicle quality and optimal production utilization while maintaining cost efficiency.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in the automotive industry or a production or manufacturing environment
• Completed studies in the field of business administration, supply chain management or a similar field
• Excellent leadership skills and comprehensive experience in leading and managing a large team (at least 30 people, directly and indirectly)
• Very good communication skills in German and English
