Requirements
- Develop high-quality, secure, and reliable C++ code for Autodesk Fusion.
- Own tasks independently and collaborate with team members on complex features.
- Participate in design and code reviews, contributing to engineering excellence.
- Influence team practices and help improve development workflows.
- Investigate and resolve complex technical issues.
- Troubleshoot problems efficiently and identify root causes.
- Apply risk management strategies such as early testing and automation.
- Contribute to improving testing strategies and collaborate closely with QA teams.
- Document new features, code updates, and technical decisions.
- Maintain clear technical documentation and promote documentation best practices across the team.
- Work within an Agile development environment.
- Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and sprint reviews.
- Communicate progress, technical risks, and contribute to backlog refinement.
- Help estimate work and support junior engineers when needed.
- Develop a strong understanding of Fusion architecture, product goals, and customer workflows.
- Participate in technical discussions and contribute to solution design.
- Break down complex engineering problems and propose scalable solutions.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and technical improvements within the team.
- Understand customer workflows and engineering challenges.
- Evaluate features from the perspective of real-world user impact.
- Help translate customer needs into effective technical solutions.
- Continue developing expertise in key technical areas.
- Mentor less experienced engineers and support knowledge sharing.
- Contribute to a collaborative and supportive engineering culture.
