AutoFair is seeking a Sales Manager to join their team. The right fit will train and mentor Sales Consultants to ensure customers receive the best possible ownership experience when purchasing a vehicle. Sales Managers utilize all relevant sales tools to drive profitable growth and exceed sales.
Coach the sales team on proper closing techniques, ensure high CSI scores, work directly with employees and customers to develop relationships, and help manage the productivity of the sales department.
