Job Description
As a Renault & Dacia Warranty Administrator, you will create, submit, control and steer processes for warranty and tolerance claims, ensure smooth cooperation at interfaces, and process applications in accordance with target specifications.
Requirements
- Creation, submission, control and steering of the processes for warranty and tolerance claims in accordance with target specifications
- Ensuring smooth cooperation at the interfaces between workshop, service consulting and parts trading
- Qualitative and quantitative processing as well as follow-up of applications
- Product knowledge of the Renault/Dacia brand desirable
