Customer Success Associate

Join AutoLeap as a Customer Success Associate to drive tangible impact for customers and shape our customer success playbook. As a remote position, you'll work with shop owners and their teams to realize greater value out of AutoLeap and manage various customer-facing tasks.

Requirements

• 8 - 24 months experience at a software company
• Experience in a customer-facing role, such as customer success or support
• Experience working in collections or billing in some capacity
• Organizational skills that will allow you to stay on top of multiple priorities
• Strong track record of success and progression in previous roles
