Requirements
- Manage complex calendars for multiple managers
- Prepare, structure, and distribute agendas, minutes, and follow-ups for management meetings
- Coordinate high-level presentations, briefings, and business documents
- Ensure all leadership meetings and events run smoothly
- Track action items issued during steering meetings
- Forecast and follow-up General Administration budget
- Act as a communication bridge between the Management Team and internal/external stakeholders
- Handle sensitive information with high professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
- Draft professional correspondence on behalf of Plant Manager
- Support travel planning for the management team
