Health and Safety Manager

As a Health and Safety Manager at Autoliv, you will be responsible for defining and implementing health and safety cultural changes, managing the health and safety roadmap, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements. You will also develop and maintain the health and safety management system in accordance with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards, and provide training to employees at all levels.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in HS&S and/or Sustainability/engineering or related
• Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position
• Fluent in English
• Willingness to travel
• Expert in how to communicate, influence and manage stakeholders, superiors, and subordinates in a matrix organization
• Proven experience on Health & Safety system management implementation
