Project Purchasing Trainee

Requirements

• Support different Purchasing team located in Romania
• Data analysis to support business decisions
• Internal data gathering and consolidation
• Prepare Monthly Management Review templates
• Follow up and present different performance indicators and statistics
• Active member in project cross functional teams
• Prepare Request for Quotation for Project and Category Buyers and follow their status with suppliers
• Direct contact with Suppliers for Project Status follow up
• Initiate purchase orders for nonproduction materials and equipments- including follow up of budgets vs cost
