Maintenance Technician will perform equipment repairs, troubleshoot systems, and collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams. Prior mechanical experience is preferred, and applicants must be enrolled in or willing to enroll in the Automated Maintenance Mechanic (AMM) program.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled or willing to enroll in the Automated Maintenance Mechanic (AMM) program at OWATC or Bridgerland
- Prior mechanical experience is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, PLC logic, and Allen Bradley software
- Ability to read schematics (electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic)
- Strong troubleshooting skills with industrial equipment
- Flexible to work in varying conditions and shifts
- Reliable attendance and commitment to safety standards
- Communication skills – Oral, written, listening and great attention to detail
- Demonstrated project management skills
- Leading to Lean and SolidWorks experience a plus
