Maintenance Technician

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in maintenance, mechanical, electrical, or related fields in a manufacturing setting
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and equipment manuals
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Physical ability to lift 30lbs and perform tasks such as climbing, bending, or standing for long periods
