Job Description
The Compliance Manager oversees and strengthens the organization’s compliance framework to ensure adherence to various regulations and quality standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
- 7+ years of compliance, quality, regulatory, or audit experience within aerospace, defense, or regulated manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of ITAR, DFARS, FAR, and A&D quality standards
- Working knowledge of CMMC Level 2 requirements
- Working knowledge of EPA, NPDWR, NPDES, and other water regulations
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate complex regulatory requirements to shop-floor and professional audiences
- Demonstrated integrity, discretion, and attention to detail
