Software Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated Junior AI/ML Engineer to join our Sustaining Engineering team. The engineer will contribute not only by analyzing, diagnosing, and resolving customer-reported issues, but also by creating AI-driven and agentic solutions that streamline engineering workflows, automate troubleshooting, and enhance log/code analysis capabilities across the organization.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of professional experience in product development
• Solid foundation in Python, with experience in ML/AI libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or Transformers-based frameworks.
• Good understanding of software engineering concepts: debugging, logging, REST APIs, distributed systems basics.
• Understanding of web application architecture, APIs, and databases
• Familiarity with LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG systems, or agentic workflows is a strong plus.
• Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP).
• Experience with Git, CI/CD, and modern engineering practices.
• Strong programming skills with experience debugging and fixing production code
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues systematically
• Experience working with version control systems (Git) and creating pull requests
• Genuine passion for customer success and problem-solving
• Familiarity with observability and monitoring tools
• Experience with cloud platforms and distributed systems is a plus
