Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Controls Estimator who can help develop estimates and quotes for engineering and production projects. The role requires a strong understanding of manufacturing and engineering principles, including specifying components, estimating labor, and managing the quote process from development to completion. Strong project management skills are also desired.
Requirements
- Estimate costs and write proposals related to UL 508a and NFPA 79 controls.
- Clearly and accurately define labor hours, material costs, and outside service costs.
- Work closely with vendors to obtain technical information and pricing.
