Requirements

• Previous Automotive Dealer experience managing warranty claims
• Excellent customer service skills
• Good working knowledge of DMS software
• Knowledge of automotive dealership service departments
• Knowledge of warranty accounting processes
• Certified or trained in at least 1 manufacturer
