AutoPlanet Durham is seeking a Used Car Coordinator to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of automotive dealership experience, working knowledge of dealership management systems, and OMVIC Certification. Responsibilities include inventory coordination, vehicle movement, appraisals, purchasing, reconditioning, and pricing.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of automotive dealership experience
- Working knowledge of dealership management systems and inventory tools
- OMVIC Certification
- Valid Ontario G Driver's Licence and good driving record
- Ability to travel between locations as needed
- Dealer CRM system experience
- Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Excellent knowledge of vehicle makes and models
- Strong computer skills, proficient in G Suite and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across departments
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- A strong performer with excellent attention to detail
