Job Description
AutoRABIT is seeking a highly experienced Principal Engineer to lead the design, architecture, and end-to-end delivery of large-scale, high-performance backend systems. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in system architecture, development, and cross-functional leadership, with a proven track record of delivering complex systems across multiple teams.
Requirements
- 16 - 20 years of experience in software engineering
- Expert-level knowledge of microservices architecture
- Spring Boot
- AWS (preferred) and/or GCP
- SQL databases, especially PostgreSQL
- Distributed systems, scalability, performance optimization, and system reliability
- Ability to influence technical direction across teams and organizations
- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders (engineering, product, sales, support, architecture)
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted coding tools
- Strong understanding of LLMs and their application in software development, DevSecOps, and automation
- Experience integrating LLMs via APIs into engineering workflows
- Ability to apply prompt engineering and use AI for code generation, debugging, testing, and documentation
