Group Finance Manager (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Group Finance Manager to join our Group Finance function, supporting Group Accounting, Group Reporting, and strategic finance initiatives. This role offers broad exposure across the organization and plays a key role in strengthening our financial infrastructure, processes, and transparency.

Requirements

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or professional qualification in accounting and finance
• 6–10+ years of relevant experience in (Group) Accounting, Reporting, Audit, Taxes or other relevant finance functions
• Strong IFRS expertise and solid consolidation knowledge
• Experience in a dynamic, growing, and increasingly regulated environment is a plus
• Strong analytical mindset combined with hands-on execution capability
• High level of ownership, resilience, and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with senior stakeholders
• Fluent in English
