Mechanical Supervisor

AV Group NB Inc. is recruiting for a Mechanical Supervisor to lead preventive and repair maintenance activities, supervise a crew of ten skilled tradesmen, and contribute to planning and execution of Mill shutdowns.

Requirements

• Education & training related to mechanical maintenance with experience in an industrial manufacturing environment
• Supervisory experience considered an asset
• Well established organization and communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office
• High level of motivation and able to cope with rapid changes in a dynamic environment
