Availity delivers revenue cycle and related business solutions for health care professionals who want to build healthy, thriving organizations. The Cloud Solutions Team Lead will develop solutions for internal corporate platforms supporting Availity’s computing infrastructure and applications.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent work experience
- 10+ years experience in IT Infrastructure, application management and End User Support
- Solid knowledge and understanding of cloud-based systems (M365 and AWS)
- Security requirements, infrastructure, systems administration, application systems, networking and computing devices
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, OneNote, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Outlook)
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS services and multi-cloud integration
- Deep knowledge of networking, identity and security in cloud contexts
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and automation scripting
- Strong documentation and governance mindset
- Proven ability working on and managing multiple priorities and projects (medium to large projects)
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal and leadership skills in communication, both written and verbal at all levels of an organization
