Job Description
We’re looking for a Community Lead with a genuine passion for games to be the voice of the player for theHunter: Call of the Wild, owning the player relationship end-to-end, and balancing strategic leadership with hands-on involvement.
Requirements
- Refine and execute the community strategy across Socials, Discord, Steam, and Reddit
- Manage community operations, including line management of two Community Managers
- Be the voice of the player by building frameworks to interpret player signals and translating them into actionable insights for Marketing and Dev
- Bridge the gap between players and production by owning feedback loops, closed playtests, and our player feedback platform, Avahub
- Oversee authentic content and livestreaming
