Senior Game Designer

Senior Game Designer to join Call of the Wild development team, responsible for building understanding of core gameplay and progression systems, proposing meaningful changes, and collaborating with designers, artists, and programmers.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of systems design, progression, and economy
• Experience working on an Open World game
• Proven ability to contribute to releasable gameplay in a production environment
• Experience and confidence in presenting new ideas
• Proven ability to create viable design solutions on paper
• Experience with shooters or ballistic systems design (beneficial)
