Job Description
Avalign produces innovative medical devices and is looking for a CNC Grind Machinist to work on 3rd shift at their Warsaw, IN location. The Grind Machinist will operate grinding equipment, perform quality checks, and maintain accurate counts of completed parts.
Requirements
- Ability to read and use calipers, micrometers, height gauge, depth micrometers.
- Read and interpret blueprints and work operations sheets.
- Understanding of G & M Codes
- Strong understanding of computers.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with little direct supervision.
- Ability to lift and carry 40 lbs.
- Ability to stand and walk eight hours plus per day.
- Ability to work overtime (daily/weekly)
