Job Description
Avalign produces innovative medical devices with a focus on high growth and ingenuity. The CNC Programmer will apply process knowledge and leadership abilities to develop and maintain 'Best in Class' cycle times and quality for lathes, mills, and grinders.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of Swiss Lathes, Chucker Lathes, Machining Centers, Wire EDM and/or Grinders
- Organized, quality-minded attitude and determination to be 'Best in Class'
- Willingness to lead by example
- Working knowledge of CAD/CAM software, Mastercam, Esprit, PartMaker, Anca Toolroom, Solidworks, Unigraphics, etc.
- Working knowledge of CNC software; Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Effective communicator, both written and verbal
- Ability to plan and execute plans across teams
