CNC Programmer

Avalign produces innovative, high-performance, and cost-effective medical devices. The CNC Programmer will create and/or edit programs and set up sheets used in the operation of CNC lathes and mills, and will be responsible for design, inspection, and quality control.

Requirements

• Accurately document all performed tasks
• Perform required maintenance checks of equipment
• Ensure measuring equipment is calibrated and in good working condition
• Maintain ID & traceability of product and documentation
• Resolve machining related quality issues
• Create, modify, and verify programs for all shop equipment
• Design and program work holding fixtures for varying levels of production
• Reduce component cycle time by optimizing programs, cutting tools, and fixturing
