Job Description
Avalign produces innovative medical devices with a focus on high growth and ingenuity. The company is looking for a CNC Saw/ Deburr/ Thermoform Operator to join their team on a 3rd shift schedule.
Requirements
- Examine and feel surface of work-piece for defects
- Select various tools and instruments to remove burrs from crevices, holes, channels, etc.
- Label received material with correct part and lot numbers and store on rack in a safe manner using forklift
- Read and interpret blueprints, planning sheets, sketches, and related technical data to determine material requirements and dimensions
- Prepare saw for the correct material by determining the correct blade and setting required for the selected material
- Cut material to the determined size
