Job Description
Join Avaloq's Edinburgh-based Payments Team as a Business Analyst and contribute to optimizing payment processes, analyzing customer issues, and gathering new requirements while ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
Requirements
- Proven track record working in business analysis, ideally in Payments or Cards industry and Agile environments
- Knowledge of payment transaction products (e.g. transfers, direct debits, card processing) with a familiarity with payment industry regulations (e.g. ISO20022, CBPR+, SEPA, PSD2)
- Logical and analytical approach to problem-solving
- Experience with applications such as JIRA or Confluence
