As a Business Analyst in L2-Application Support, you will interact with clients to ensure service delivery, analyze customer requirements, and solve incidents/issues in a productive environment. You will also coordinate with other delivery units to resolve incidents and problems.
Requirements
- Proven track record of successful performance in a similar role
- ITIL Incident, Problem and Change process knowledge
- Technical degree in IT or business related area
- Full professional fluency in both English and German
