Job Description
Avaloq is looking for a Head of Financial Planning, Analysis and Controlling to lead a high-performing multi-country team, overseeing financial steering, business partnering, and controlling functions to maximize the value of Avaloq. The successful candidate will have 12+ years of senior finance experience, including 5+ years in FP&A and a minimum of 3+ years in a senior leadership role managing teams.
Requirements
- 12+ years of senior finance experience
- 5+ years in FP&A
- 3+ years in a senior leadership role managing teams
- Evidencible proficiency in advanced financial modelling, forecasting, and cost analysis
- Strong mastery of ERP systems, financial reporting software, and data visualisation tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
