Job Description
Avaloq is looking for a committed and skilled IT User Support Specialist to support the Global IT User Support team, responding to user inquiries, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and providing ad-hoc support for meeting rooms.
Requirements
- Strong proven track record of working as an IT user Support Specialist or comparable role
- Experience in providing 1st and 2nd level support
- Experience with various Microsoft Windows client and server operating systems
- Experience with Microsoft 365 products (Office365, SharePoint, Teams, Exchange Online, etc.)
- Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
- Knowledge of ITIL Incident Management best practices
