Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) implementing patient treatment plans under supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist, communicating with patients and team members, and providing documentation.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved Occupational Therapy Assistant curriculum
- Active COTA license in the state of Washington
- Able to practice unencumbered
- Good standing with all regulatory agencies and licensing boards
- Working knowledge of Medicare and other payer sources
- Knowledge of resident’s rights
- Active CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to read, write, speak, understand, and communicate in English
