Job Description
Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) needed to implement patient treatment plans, communicate with team members, and provide documentation. Must hold an active COTA license in Washington and have knowledge of Medicare and resident's rights.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved Occupational Therapy Assistant curriculum
- Active COTA license in the state of Washington
- Able to practice unencumbered
- In good standing with all regulatory agencies and licensing boards
- Working knowledge of Medicare and other payer sources
- Full knowledge of resident's rights
- Must be able to read, write, speak, understand, and communicate in English
- Active CPR/BLS certification
