Registered Nurse RN - NOC 12 hour - Avamere Transitional Care of Puget Sound

We are seeking a Registered Nurse RN to work in our 5-Star rated skilled nursing/short-term rehab facility in Tacoma, WA. Our staff enjoy small staff:patient ratios, allowing them to provide compassionate care to seniors in a resort-like setting.

Requirements

• Implement and maintain established nursing practice objectives and standards
• Provide direct patient care to residents
• Complete required recordkeeping
• Coordinate with nursing staff and support personnel
• Prepare and administer medications
• Review patient care plans
• Supervise CNAs
• Chart nurses' notes
• Participate in facility surveys
• Maintain confidentiality of resident care information
