Resident Care Manager (RCM) - RN

Resident Care Manager (RCM) - RN position available at Avamere at Pacific Ridge in Tacoma, WA. The RCM will be responsible for developing care plans, leading nursing staff, and providing direct care to residents.

Requirements

• Possess a nursing degree from an accredited college or university
• Have a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an RN in this state
• Have a minimum 1 year of experience as a supervisor in a skilled nursing facility
• Knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations and guidelines that pertain to nursing care facilities
• Experience with Electronic Medical Records and computer documentation systems
• Maintain confidentiality of all resident care information in accordance with HIPAA guidelines
• Must speak, read, and write English fluently
• Must have an active CPR/BLS certification
