Job Description
Resident Care Manager (RCM) - RN responsible for developing care plans, supervising nursing staff, and ensuring high-quality patient care in a skilled nursing setting.
Requirements
- Participate in the development of a written plan of care for each resident
- Delegate, train, evaluate and support RN, LPN and CNA personnel
- Provide direct nursing care as necessary
