The Resident Care Manager (RCM) - RN is responsible for overseeing the nursing care of residents in a skilled nursing facility. They will develop care plans, review medical treatments, and supervise nursing personnel. The RCM will also participate in facility surveys and make recommendations for improving nursing practices.
Requirements
- Nursing degree from an accredited college or university
- Current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an RN in this state
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a supervisor in a skilled nursing facility
- Knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures
- Experience with Electronic Medical Records and computer documentation systems
