Job Description
Resident Care Manager - Registered Nurse responsible for supervising day-to-day nursing activities, caring for residents, and updating service plans. Must have a nursing degree, current RN license, and 1 year of experience as a supervisor in a skilled nursing facility.
Requirements
- Possess a nursing degree from an accredited college or university
- Current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an Registered Nurse in the state
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a supervisor in a skilled nursing facility
- Knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures
- Experience with Electronic Medical Records and computer documentation systems
- Maintain confidentiality of all resident care information in accordance with HIPAA guidelines
- CPR / BSL certification
- Able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
