Requirements
- Manage operational risk profile for the business line
- Translate Operational Risk Management framework into practical processes
- Provide clear risk advice to business leaders
- Lead Risk and Control Self-Assessments (RCSAs)
- Manage end-to-end incident and issue processes
- Report on third-party and service provider performance
- Monitor risk trends and emerging risks
- Support operational resilience requirements under CPS 230
- Oversee compliance activities
- Deliver concise risk reporting to senior stakeholders
