Maintenance Asst. / Housekeeper

Job Description: The Maintenance Asst. / Housekeeper is responsible for thoroughly cleaning resident rooms and common areas, interacting with seniors with compassion and care, and demonstrating exemplary work ethics. Responsibilities include cleaning resident apartments, other community areas, and performing other duties as requested. Desired skills and experience include commercial or residential care housekeeping experience, ability to lift 50 pounds, and effective communication in English.

• Must be able to lift, carry, push and pull 50 pounds.
