Job Description
Care Partner with WEEKLY PAY, providing meaningful, social, emotional, physical, and intellectual support and activities to residents. Must have compassion for and a desire to work with the older adult population. Two to five years of prior assisted living or senior care experience preferred.
Requirements
- Promptly responds to all resident care needs
- Assist residents in activities of daily living
- Motivate and encourage residents to be as independent as possible
- Observe residents’ conditions and report changes to Charge Nurse
- Maintain a clean, safe and orderly environment
