Job Description
As a Transaction KYC Analyst, you will work with asset managers' legal, compliance, and investment teams to help complete complex private equity deals. You will reconduct Know Your Customer (KYC) analysis and reviews on behalf of clients, focusing on complex debt, equity, real estate, and infrastructure transactions.
Requirements
- Working closely with clients' legal & compliance department and/or investment teams
- Liaising with clients and relevant counterparties
- Reviewing ownership and control structure
- Carrying out KYC risk analysis
- Collaborating with client's Legal and Compliance teams
- Conducting legal and factual research
- Drafting and updating know-how materials
