Job Description
We are seeking a Transaction KYC Analyst to work with asset managers' legal, compliance and investment teams to help bring complex private equity deals to completion. The role involves conducting KYC analysis and reviews on behalf of our clients, supporting their investment risk management processes and ensuring deals comply with anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing regulations.
Requirements
- Relevant experience in the legal, compliance and/or risk management sector
- Knowledge of legal administration, document drafting, legal compliance and regulatory compliance
- High level of attention to detail and analytical ability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
