Project Leader – Refinery Catalyst Testing

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Project Leader – Refinery Catalyst Testing to join our Contract R&D team. In this pivotal role, you will design and execute complex catalyst testing projects, ensuring accurate data generation, seamless project delivery, and strong customer engagement.

Requirements

• PhD/MSc in Chemical Engineering
• 3 years’ experience in catalyst testing or a related area
• 2 years in a project leadership role in a relevant industrial or research organization
• Strong understanding of refinery processes such as hydrocracking, hydrotreating, and catalytic reforming
• Ability to analyze large datasets and apply quality criteria to ensure repeatability, reproducibility, and scalability of data
• Programming and database management capability
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
• Experience with process or lab automation and equipment building
