Job Description
The Business Systems Analyst II role at Avantor supports enterprise data management efforts, contributes to data governance and compliance initiatives, and resolves cross-system data issues through analytical problem-solving. The Analyst II will also serve as a super user and business support partner for the Epicor ERP system, ensuring collaborative and efficient use within the system.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience, education and training
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data management, data governance, or related roles
- Multiple ERP or enterprise systems experience (e.g., Epicor, SAP, Workday, Exact)
- Experience supporting complex org structures (e.g., hierarchical, functional, matrix)
- Proven proficiency with client management, resolving internal customer needs and providing recommended solutions
- Ability to balance hands on technical and social aptitude working with multi-tiered stakeholders
- Self-motivated, attention to detail
- Willingness to lead
- Training, documentation, or facilitation experience
