Job Description
The Finance Business Partner role is a member of the Avantor Global Business Center (GBC) Pune Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team, partnering with leadership teams to drive key strategic business priorities and enable effective decision making through timely, accurate, and actionable insights.
Requirements
- Master's degree in accounting or finance
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in finance and/or accounting related fields
- Prior experience in working with Pharma companies preferred
- Six Sigma or Lean training preferred
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, analytical skills
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Computer Proficiency with strong ERP knowledge preferably SAP, MS Office, Tableau, Alteryx, QlikView & HFM
