Medical Science Liaison Hematology

We are looking for a Medical Science Liaison Hematology to support our activities across Switzerland and Austria during a pivotal launch phase. This role is ideal for a scientifically strong and entrepreneurial professional who thrives in launch environments and is motivated to build trusted partnerships across two sophisticated healthcare systems.

Requirements

• Build and maintain trusted, compliant scientific relationships with hematologists, university hospitals, transplant centers, and rare disease reference centers across Switzerland and Austria
• Lead high-level, peer-to-peer scientific exchange on disease state, clinical data, and treatment landscape in rare hematologic disorders
• Support pre-launch and launch medical strategy execution
• Identify scientific gaps and opportunities for real-world evidence and investigator-initiated studies
• Provide actionable field insights to inform medical, market access, and cross-functional strategy
• Contribute to advisory boards, congress activities (e.g., EHA, ASH), and medical education initiatives
• Act as the scientific ambassador of Avanzanite in the hematology community
